Earthquake

Jeanie:  Two years ago we were here during the earthquake in Haiti.  As soon as that hit the world news, people started worrying about us.  We just felt an earthquake.  It did not last nearly as long and was not as strong as the one 2 years ago.  It sounds from the scattered news report that it was a 5+ magnitude centered about 30 miles east of here.  So, I figured I’d just post that.  Other than wobbling book shelves and some very excited–but not scared students–nothing happened and all quickly quieted back into the late afternoon routines.  You may not hear anything about it but then again…
